3rd August 2017 Windsurfing: Rhosneigr Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: F4/F5 Surf / Sea State: waves Air Temperature: 18 Sea Temperature: 16 Weather: sun Max Speed: Distance Covered: A few out on 4.7 and 5m and looked like dropping so rigged 5.3m. Mark said launch upwind as surf big and wind light. Had nice 20 mins in surprisingly large waves about 2 hours before Low, Wind light and hard to get going, rode one for 200m backside downwind which in light winds was almost glassy and at times looked logo. Only 3* as so short a sail, but some bits were 5*. Hung around for a while but looked like it would be a while before wind would return so packed car off to Llanfairfechan to sail. |
